Peppered Chicken wings
INGREDIENTS
½ cup vegetable oil
1kg salted chicken wings
1medium sized onion
½ cup diced scotch bonnet peppers
Salt to taste
Seasoning cubes to taste
COOKING STEPS
Add vegetable oil to a frying pan
Let it heat for half a minute
Add the chicken wings and fry till brown, then remove and drain.
In another pot, let’s make the pepper sauce. Add pepper, onion, and seasoning cubes to a pot with hot oil 1/4 cup taken from the one used in frying the chicken wings.
Stir and let the cook a bit before bringing in the cooked chicken wings.
Stir and leave to simmer in the pepper for about 10 seconds.
Check for salt and flip. Leave for about 20 seconds before turning off the heat.
Serve peppered chicken with any drink of your choice.
